How many people work at a desk most of the week?

What is an AI readiness check?

An AI readiness check looks at how your firm works today and tells you where AI could help first, and what has to be in place before you try. This one is built for construction offices. It ranks your jobs by the hours they take, flags what to settle first, and sets out a short trial.

What does it look at?

Four things: the kind of work you do, the office jobs that take the most time, the systems your documents live in, and whether your team already uses AI. It doesn't ask for company names, prices or project documents.

  1. 1

Your firm: the kind of work you do and how many people work at a desk.

  2. 2

The jobs: up to three office jobs that take the most time, how often they come round and how long each one takes.

  3. 3

How you work: where your email, files and customer records live, whether anyone uses AI already, and where project documents can go.

  4. 4

Your rate: what an hour of office time costs you.
